Directions

1. Mix the feta, bell pepper, tomatoes, onion, and olives in a bowl. Set aside.
2. In a separate bowl, mix the beef with the Greek seasoning, salt, and pepper. Place approximately 1/4 cup of beef mixture onto each tortilla and press it down to cover the surface of the tortilla.
3. Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the tortilla, beef-side down, for two to three minutes until cooked through. Flip the tortilla and cook for one more minute. Repeat for each tortilla.
4. Remove from the pan and top with Greek salad and tzatziki. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Leftovers
Best enjoyed fresh. You can prepare the Greek salad ahead of time and refrigerate for up to three days.
